Job summary

RTX is offering a summer internship in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) based in Arlington, VA, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will engage in frontline assignments with HR Partners, Global People Services and Communities of Expertise while developing leadership and business acumen.

Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or related fields, demonstrated leadership, and willingness to relocate nationwide should apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Partner and Global People Services contributor.
• Support Communities of Expertise in HR initiatives.
• Relocate to an RTX city/state for program assignment.
