Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking candidates for its HR Leadership Development Program, a 3-year, accelerated track to build business acumen, leadership capability, and HR expertise through three one-year rotations and relocation across locations.

Roles include HRBP, HRG, and CoE experiences with exposure to senior leaders. Program accelerates into a full-time HR-related position, with training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, human resources, or related field with a graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Previous internship, co-op, leadership, athletics, or student project experience demonstrating teamwork and initiative.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with objectives.
• Drive talent management, ensuring leadership and pipeline development.
• Lead performance management through coaching and development planning.
• Provide employee relations guidance and policy application support.
• Support Total Rewards programs and benefit decisions with market practices.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and engagement.
• Ensure HR operational excellence with processes, compliance, and analytics.
• Guide organizational change and adoption across teams.
