Job summary

Textron is launching a 2-year, HR Leadership Development Program designed to cultivate future HR leaders through two 12-month rotations in core HR areas such as compensation, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations.

You'll receive mentorship from senior HR executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare for leadership roles within HR across Textron's businesses in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proactive approach.
