Job summary

RTX is offering the Aftermarket Development Program (ADP), a two-year, entry-level rotational experience designed for graduates in aerospace and related STEM fields. Participants rotate across engineering, quality, and operations at U.S. sites.

Adopters relocate every eight months to locations including East Hartford, Lansing, North Berwick, Grand Prairie, Springdale, Columbus, and West Palm Beach, gaining broad exposure and leadership opportunities within AMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field by start date: June 2027.
• Willing to relocate to a different U.S. location every eight months.
• Demonstrated ability to present/communicate technical data to stakeholders or lead a student organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations in engineering, quality, and operations at U.S. sites.
• Interpret engine manuals, develop repair processes, and create work instructions.
• Lead root-cause investigations and participate in quality reviews.
• Oversee daily manufacturing execution and drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, planning, supply chain, and suppliers.
• Lead high-impact projects to expand technical and operational capabilities.
