Job summary

Textron is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its 2-year Leadership Development Program in Human Resources. Participants will rotate through two 12-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, training, development, and employee relations.

Mentorship from senior HR leaders, customized training, and networking prepare you for future leadership roles within HR. Open to relocating across U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
• Innovative problem solver, adept at finding creative solutions.
• Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives.
• Resourceful in addressing and resolving HR-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across HR roles including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
• Contribute to strategic projects aligning finance or accounting strategies with business goals.
• Collaborate within a rotation manager-guided team for professional growth.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Attend leadership development conferences to enhance leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to management.
