Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a District Manager in Training to develop into a leader directing a network of stores across the region. You will guide Store Managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while driving profitability and executing company standards.

The DMIT program spans foundational and advanced training, with hands-on store leadership, mentorship, and phased exposure to operations. Expect intensive travel and strong emphasis on team development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years retail experience with restaurant general management.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan for area including staffing levels and development.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across many locations and regions.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting goals, accountability, and clear communication.
• Hire or promote store management and ensure training and coaching.
• Analyze financial reports, P&L, costs, and inventory for profitability.
• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure standards and controls.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, safety, and security.
