Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a District Manager In Training (DMIT) to develop into a Store/Restaurant leader. You will guide Store Managers across locations to deliver guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and uphold company values.

Phase I–II training spans new hire/orientation, MIT training, and 2–3 months in a local store, with 6–8 weeks riding with a DM Trainer. Travel heavy; relocation possible; strong coaching and analytics required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Education: College degree in business, or a closely related field.
• Minimum Experience: 10 years retail experience restaurant general management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic staffing plan for the area and manage development/performance of all team members.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across a wide network of locations.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting goals, accountability, and clear communication across teams.
• Hire or promote store management to prepare for future staffing needs and ensure coaching and training.
