The program includes two training phases with extensive travel, emphasizing leadership, analytics, and financial controls; strong communication and team-building are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 10 years of retail experience and store/restaurant general management experience.
• DMIT program completion or related leadership training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan for the area, including staffing and development.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across many locations.
• Lead with clear goals, accountability, and open communication.
• Develop a leadership team and ensure training and coaching.
• Analyze financials, KPIs, and inventory to drive profitability.
• Conduct weekly visits to ensure standards, promotions, and controls.
