Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• College degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic district plan across multiple stores.
• Oversee staffing, development, and performance of store personnel.
• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financials, labor, and inventory to improve store metrics.
• Visit stores weekly to ensure standards and compliance.
