Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of retail experience in general management roles.
• DMIT program training and progression to District Manager responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple store locations and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store managers; set clear, measurable goals.
• Monitor financials, labor costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Drive guest satisfaction, store standards, and safety across sites.
