Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a District Manager In Training (DMIT) to guide store teams toward exceptional guest experiences and profitable operations. You will lead through stages of training, with hands-on store management exposure and promotion potential.

The role emphasizes staffing, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced retail environment, including travel to multiple locations as needed. A strong background in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Education: College degree in business, or a closely related field.
• Minimum Experience: 10 years retail experience, restaurant general management experience.
• Successful completion of the DMIT Program.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan for the area, including staffing, development, and performance management of all team personnel.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across a wide network of locations.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting clear goals, accountability, and effective communication.
• Develop and promote a strong leadership team and training.
• Analyze financial reports, P&L, and inventory to improve profitability.
• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure standards and controls.
• Maintain guest satisfaction, product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Region Manager.
