Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support 1:1 ABA services under supervision. You will help implement treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders and assist in home, school, and community settings.

You will develop skills in communication, socialization, and daily living goals while carrying a limited caseload and receiving guided mentorship toward a clinical leadership track. This internship blends direct care with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• 1) 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 semester units in ABA, or BCaBA certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, guided by senior clinicians.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of learning experience.
• This role is guided and mentored, not independent supervision.
