Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support the design and delivery of ABA-based services for children with autism. You’ll work under supervision, provide 1:1 services, follow treatment plans, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

This hands-on internship blends direct care with leadership exposure, offering mentorship from senior clinicians and a clear pathway toward Clinical Leader and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy or closely related field.
• One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation, ability to complete training, documentation and physical requirements, and vaccination proof.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
