Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a motivated Clinical Leader Intern to gain hands-on leadership exposure in ABA. This internship focuses on direct client care, mentorship, and future leadership potential.

Under supervision of licensed clinicians, you will deliver evidence-based ABA services, implement treatment plans, and help develop skills in communication, socialization, and daily living across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy.
• 2+ years of related behavior modification experience, or 1+ year with 12 ABA units or BCaBA.
• Vaccination proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID-19 per CA mandate).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility under supervision.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching.
• Assist with documentation review and session preparation.
• Support parent education conversations with Clinical Leaders.
