Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites aspiring Clinical Leaders to join as a Clinical Leader Intern. You will provide 1:1 ABA services under supervision, implementing treatment plans and supporting children in home, school, and community settings.

You will gain early leadership exposure with a limited caseload, participate in joint sessions, and receive mentorship while pursuing related ABA credentials and training. Opportunities and growth paths are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• Two+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 semester units in ABA, or BCaBA.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living activities.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Early Clinical Leadership Exposure: Manage a limited caseload with added responsibility under supervision.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of learning.
