Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to provide 1:1 ABA services under supervision, supporting treatment plans for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This hands-on internship blends direct care with early leadership exposure across home, school, and community settings.

You will carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, engage in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching, and assist with documentation and family education under

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 college units in ABA, or BCaBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
