The role emphasizes early leadership exposure, mentorship, and a pathway toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles, with tuition reimbursement and structured training through CSD University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed disciplines: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 semester units in ABA, or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements.
• Proof of vaccinations (as required) and comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
