Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader Intern to join our ABA team in California. This hands-on internship is designed to develop future clinical leaders through direct care, mentorship, and leadership exposure, under supervision.

You'll deliver 1:1 ABA services, support treatment plans, and participate in training pathways toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles, with paid tuition assistance and structured growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 ABA units and/or BCaBA
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and the physical requirements of the role
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Comfort working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
