Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader Intern to blend hands-on ABA service delivery with early leadership exposure. Under supervision of a Clinical Leader, you will implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings, directly supporting clients while growing clinically.

You will participate in mentorship, documentation review, session preparation, and family education conversations, with a pathway toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles as you

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (e.g., Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related experience plus 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or BCaBA
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Comfort working with diverse populations

• Direct Client Support: Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
