Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support and learn under licensed Clinical Leaders. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services, follow treatment plans, and help families with education and progress tracking across home, school, and community settings.

This hands-on internship offers mentorship, a dedicated path toward Clinical Leader roles, and generous supports including tuition reimbursement and access to CSD University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or related field.
• 2+ years of ABA experience or 1+ year with 12 ABA units and/or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete training, documentation, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility and senior clinician support.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching.
