Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) offers a hands-on Clinical Leader Intern role designed to guide the next generation of leaders in ABA. You will work under supervision to implement evidence-based plans across home, school, and community settings, building clinical leadership skills while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1+ year + 12 ABA units OR BCaBA
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play‑based, evidence‑based strategies
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in‑field coaching opportunities
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience
