Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites you to join as a Clinical Leader Intern, a hands-on internship designed to prepare future clinical leaders in ABA for children with autism and related developmental needs.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA services, follow treatment plans created by Clinical Leaders, and gain early exposure to leadership while working across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services
• 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or BCaBA eligibility

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, under supervision.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field

2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services

12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis
