Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites applicants for an Clinical Leader Intern position. This hands-on internship supports designing and delivering evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and related needs, under supervision of a Clinical Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
• Experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or BCaBA certification

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
