Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and related needs. You’ll work under supervision, carrying a limited caseload and gaining exposure to leadership tasks across home, school, and community settings.

You will follow treatment plans established by Clinical Leaders, participate in coaching, and contribute to documentation and fidelity checks while advancing toward clinical leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in specified fields.
• Pathways: 2+ years of related experience, or 1+ year with 12 ABA units, or BCaBA.
• Vaccination proof may be required per policy.
• Ability to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of learning.
