Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to advance toward clinical leadership while delivering child-centered ABA services under supervision. The program blends direct care with mentorship, preparing interns for future BCBA-track roles.

You will gain hands-on experience in home, school, and community settings, supported by a robust training pipeline and tuition-reimbursement initiatives to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the listed disciplines.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or BCaBA credential.
• Reliable transportation and vaccination proof as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, with mentorship from senior clinicians.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of the learning experience.
