Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (related field).
• BCaBA certification or 1+ year experience with 12 ABA units is acceptable as an alternative pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based strategies.
• Follow treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living tasks.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Manage a limited caseload with support from senior clinicians.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching.
• Assist with documentation review and session preparation.
• Support parent education conversations with Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of learning.
