European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience & Sales Manager in Training to learn every facet of running a center in the beauty industry. You will lead sales, develop a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists, and own center results while reporting to an experienced manager.

This salaried exempt role emphasizes coaching, performance coaching, and achieving revenue goals. Training will prepare you for promotion after meeting requirements.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of management experience in specialty sales and service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented leadership with strong problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with process-focused approach.
• Team-centric with open, supportive management style.
• Excellent communication and engaging, fun attitude.

Mansioni

• Lead the center’s sales performance and team.
• Manage center day-to-day when the Guest Experience & Sales Manager is not there.
• Develop talent and coach team members.
• Ensure brand standards and performance metrics.
• Oversee center operations, payroll, orders, compliance.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
• Balance guest traffic and staffing to achieve results.
