Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience & Sales Manager in Training to learn every aspect of running a center in the beauty industry.

You will drive sales, build a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and Wax Specialists, and be prepared for promotion to Manager after training completion. The role emphasizes leading by example in sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring brand standards while coordinating with centers during training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in specialty sales and service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center’s sales performance and inspire the team to meet and exceed revenue and operating goals.
• Manage the center day to day when the Guest Experience & Sales Manager is not there.
• Develop team members to reach their full potential through coaching and feedback.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent at every level of the center.
• Oversee center operations including payroll, ordering, and compliance.
