European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to drive daily operations and sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team, coach Associates, organize outreach events, and ensure a clean, high-performing center.

• Oversee loss prevention, expense control and center cleanliness.
• Foster a positive, performance-oriented workplace culture.
• Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
