European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support all daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced beauty environment. You will lead by example, train Associates, and cultivate a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, recruiting and retaining Sales Associates and Estheticians, selling Wax Passes, overseeing loss prevention and center cleanliness, and coordinating outreach and marketing events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Effective communication in guest relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and presentations.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail oriented.
• Ability to evaluate issues, set priorities, and pivot direction.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
