Job summary

Tower Loan is hiring for a full-time Manager Development Program role in an on-site setting. In 10-12 months you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, finance and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will develop leadership skills and a clear path to advancement, with emphasis on coaching, recruitment and performance management. The program accepts relocation for promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Relocation willingness upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
