Job summary

Tower Loan in Minden, LA, invites you to join its Manager Development Program. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll spend 10–12 months gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You’ll develop relationships with customers, learn to recruit and coach staff, manage performance, and contribute to meeting office goals, with on-site training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation, recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
