Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our full-time Development Program. In 10–12 months you will gain hands-on exposure to customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will build leadership skills, support staff development, and contribute to achieving office goals. Relocation may be required for advancement; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and offering solutions.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Learn and support recruitment, staff development, and leadership duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
