Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to groom trainees into leadership roles in consumer finance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Responsibilities include mastering customer service, building relationships, and supporting management duties. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties such as delegation and loan document analysis.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
