La-Z-Boy in Strongsville, OH is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive store sales with exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will promote the Design program and help customers create customized room concepts, contributing to overall profitability.

Training pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks, with base rate varying by location. Average annual earnings after training range from $35,000 to $75,000+ depending on base, bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drives sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to hit sales goals.
• Execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and follow up after sales.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and assist with store promotions.
