Job summary

La-Z-Boy Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales associate to drive furniture and design project sales with exceptional service. You will promote the Design program, assist designers, and execute the established selling process to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Training pays $15-$20/hour for 2-6 weeks, with post-training base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and guaranteed earning potential that can reach $55,000–$75,000+ depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to meet goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide after-sale service and maintain customer relationships.
