Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate in Mentor, OH to drive furniture sales, promote the Design program, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through product choices, schedule home consultations, and manage orders and installations with the design team.

Training pay starts at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, then base pay $13/hour plus uncapped commissions (3% on Design Sales, 2% on other sales) with a quarterly $1,500 bonus opportunity; total earnings can

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet or exceed goals.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process with customers.
• Schedule in-home design consultations and present room designs.
• Process orders, deposits, and deliveries; maintain records.
