You'll learn La-Z-Boy selling process, work with clients to create room designs, schedule consultations, and help achieve sales goals through base pay, bonuses, and commissions.

Training pay starts at $15/hour for 2–6 weeks; after training, average earnings range $50,000–$70,000+ including base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; prior selling experience preferred.
