Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a sales associate to drive store performance through selling furniture, accessories, and design services. You will work with customers, schedule in-home consultations, and help promote La-Z-Boy’s Design program and whole-store promotions.

You’ll earn training pay during 2–6 weeks and receive uncapped commissions plus a quarterly bonus. Base pay starts at $11/hour, with overall annual earnings potential after training of $45,000–$65,000+. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Able to close sales and provide excellent in-store experience.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell La-Z-Boy furniture, accessories and services to customers.
• Assist the Designer to achieve Design program sales goals.
• Schedule home consultations and present room designs and installation options.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure high-quality customer service.
