Zusammenfassung

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to drive furniture sales, deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Design program. You’ll ask questions, present rooms designs, and build long-term relationships with customers to boost store profitability.

Training starts at $15 per hour for 2–6 weeks with no commissions; post-training base pay is $11 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused sales experience with ability to close a sale.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and showroom systems.

• Drives sales and helps meet store goals through service and product knowledge.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Support design program efforts and maintain store displays.
• Provide excellent customer follow-up and after-sale support.
