Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales associate to drive furniture and accessory sales while promoting the Design program and assisting the designer to reach sales goals. You will provide exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships through the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.

During training, earn $15/hour with 2-6 weeks of pay; after training, base pay and uncapped commissions with potential for significant bonuses, and average annual earnings between $50,000 and $70,000+

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and closing abilities; able to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to hit sales goals.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Schedule and conduct home consultations for customized room designs.
