Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate in Florida to drive store sales through excellent customer service and expert knowledge of La‑Z‑Boy products. You will promote the Design program and assist designers to reach sales goals, while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to close sales, and willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Training is provided with uncapped commissions and a base wage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport.
• Ability to close a sale and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by providing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy selling process.
• Promotes the Design program and assists the Designer to hit sales goals.
• Executes the selling process to ensure a positive customer experience and follow-up.
• Schedules deliveries and maintains accurate customer and order records.
• Supports store promotions and maintains product displays and showroom quality.
