Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy is hiring to join our sales team in a dynamic store environment. You will drive furniture and design sales, promote the design program, and deliver excellent customer experiences through the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.

Training pays initially, with uncapped commissions post-training and strong earning potential. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, time management, and closing skills, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities; work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to hit sales targets.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences using the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
• Schedule design consultations and coordinate installations where applicable.
• Ensure accurate order information and timely follow-up with customers.
