Everstory Partners in Detroit is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy. You will meet individuals, explain options, and guide purchasing decisions.

The role emphasizes consultative B2C sales, lead generation, community outreach, and CRM-driven follow-up. A valid driver's license and ability to work evenings or weekends are required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Ability to work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and walk-in opportunities, and conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activity; attend services as appropriate.
