Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor in Livonia, MI. You will meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and guide them through selecting funeral and cemetery services.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building, and community outreach while managing leads in HubSpot. You will earn uncapped commissions or a guaranteed hourly minimum, with a paid training period and potential evening/weekend hours as needed.

Formación

• One year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and opportunities.
• Attend events and partner with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure a positive experience.
