Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral service selections and attend services. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery services, property and merchandise, and manage leads from walk-ins, calls, and proactive prospecting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM. Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some related education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and experience with a CRM.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
