Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service options and related merchandise. This full-time role offers an estimated first-year earning range of $50,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions and training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.

Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Offsite appointments occur with mileage reimbursement; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related area preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate and pursue leads through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting.
