Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and related services. Estimated first-year earnings range $50,000-$65,000 with uncapped commissions; training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.

You will sell pre-need and at-need services and inventory, attend services, and generate leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required; MS Office and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.
