Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through pre-need and at-need funeral services, merchandise, and cemetery offerings. You will assist with selections and attend services, delivering compassionate, personalised support.

Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach, with uncapped commissions and earnings potential. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks supports ramp-up as you build client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience using a CRM/lead management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Leads generated via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.
