Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to support families in selecting pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products. You will assist with service selections and attend ceremonies, while handling a mix of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive leads.

The role offers uncapped earnings potential, a first-year range of $60,000 to $120,000 with a $18.00/hour training pay for six weeks, and requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing/sales education preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organization and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

• Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery products.
